Black saints?
Do saints come in different colors? I have seen bookmarks with angels, why are they always white? I would make angels with chinese features and of cause black angels.

To answer your actual question... the mass market is white. Logic dictates that people selling to the mass market would wish to make as many sales as they can. I am certain that in demographics that are not primarily white this is not so prevalent.
