I want to re-dcorate my bedroom - make it cosy !?

I'm 14 and i don't feel very cossy at all in my room. i want it to be really cosy and a place i can easily relax and have friends in.
It's an avarage size and just a square shape so nothing special.
But what do you think i could do to make it more cosy ? I have enough furniture in it and stuff so i don't really need to buy anymore.
