30" pipes when cut into different length,both end cuts become oval.I appreciate and comments and reasoning.?
the reason you are having this problem is that the weight of the pipe itself will tend to cause the pipe to go oval. this is why with large diameter pipelines they use a tool inside the pipe to exert pressure on the inside wall of the pipe to bring it back to the original dimensions before welding together.
