Can anyone tell me how to get rid of ALL deodorant from underarms?

I am a female with dark underarms. They are rough-skinned too. I have coarse, thick black hair there also. I think I have a condition called Cushing's disease that causes dark thickened skin in some areas like around neck and inner thighs. I have tried many differents deodorants. Even the roll-ons. I've tried the new invisible ones and only apply a tiny amount because I don't sweat much and therefore don't need much. I wash daily with hot soap and water and have used different things to apply soap. Scrubbies, poufs, wash cloths, hands, you name it. But still I have a doe residue. I can still smell it and feel it and sometimes see it. I have tried different kinds of soaps, exfoliators, lotions, creams. Please someone help. This is not funny for me. it's emabarrassing. I can't wear a sleevless shirt in public because of it. Deo seems to roll into little balls no matter the kind or amount used. Please be kind enough to give serios answers to a serious question . God bless and thanks!

first, shave your underarm. some do it everyday. and if you have time to pluck it or have it waxed, do it atleast once a month (in addition to shaving). plucking can make the hairs less thicker next time it grows.
don't use scrubs, exfoliants and anything that causes much friction beacuse friction only makes the skin more darker.
try using any facial wash (with anti-bacterial formula, if available) to wash your underarm to remove residues.
also avoid deodorants with alcohol ingredient in it.
i hope this helps even a little, because one thing may work for me but not for others.
good luck & God bless
