What are the guidlines for a person to adopt a chinese baby girl?
I am single and almost 30 and I want to adopt a baby girl from china..I am meant to be over there for a few months..can I just bring one back?
Check out this website, it has some useful info. Good luck. xx I think they are strict about couples adopting (minimum 2 years marriage). Since you are single you may have problems. (However, Kazakhstan, Russia and Vietnam allow single parent adoptions according to this site)
