If it has 'hand painted, Holland' on it, little. That is what is on the fake pieces for the tourist market.
For a real evaluation, go to a shop in your area where they sell the kind of stuff, how can we even make a guess on internet if we have no pictures of the kind of item, and secondly you come to the section 'travel, Netherlands'. Delf blue pottery is not a normal travel item.
You might get a better idea if you try several other parts of yahoo, but I doubt it. That is as the condition of the piece will be more important than anything else.
